3. Account Registration and Security

4. Payment and Billing
• Early Adopters: Receive six (6) months of free access and free setup as part of a limited-time offer.
• After the trial period, users will be billed at the applicable subscription rate.
• Payments must be made using a valid payment method (credit card, etc.).
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• My Easy Restaurant reserves the right to update subscription pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
• Reverse-engineering or decompiling any part of the platform.
• Using the platform to distribute harmful or illegal content.
• Violating applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software provided by My Easy Restaurant are the property of the company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during their subscription.
7. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:
• You breach these Terms.
• Payment obligations are unmet.
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
My Easy Restaurant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
